Do I need to book a service, or can I just drop in?

Bookings are recommended so we can lock in workshop time for you. You’re welcome to drop in, but wait times can vary depending on the day.

How long will my service take?

Turnaround depends on how busy we are and whether parts are needed. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe when you book or drop the bike off.

What’s included in General/ Advanced/ Premiun Overhaul services?

Each service level includes different checks and adjustments. The service cards on our workshop page show what’s included in each package.

Do you service e-bikes?

Yes — we service most e-bikes. If it’s a less common system, bring it in or message us and we’ll confirm what we can do.

Can you look at my bike before I commit to a service?

Absolutely. We can do a quick assessment and talk you through what we recommend.

Do you install customer-supplied parts?

We can, depending on compatibility and condition. For safety and warranty reasons, we may recommend parts we supply if there’s any risk or mismatch.

Do you offer bike fitting?

Yes. We offer bike fitting options to improve comfort and performance. Contact us to book a session and we’ll suggest the best fit service for your riding goals.

Do you offer quotes?

Yes. If your bike needs additional work or parts, we’ll explain the options and provide a quote before going ahead.

Do you sell spare parts and accessories online?

Yes — we’re building our online range. If you can’t find what you need, contact us and we can help source it or arrange an order.

Can I return an item?
